NoteHive.net does not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and NoteHive.net expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Content. NoteHive.net reserves the right to remove any User Content from the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, including User Content that violates these Terms.

The Services and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by NoteHive.net, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You hereby acknowledge that use of the Services shall not include the right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the Services, or access to the Services.

NoteHive.net and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Services in breach of the Terms, your right to use the Services will stop immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. Any unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws, including without limitation copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and statutes.

Limitation of Liability
